Return & Refund Policy

At Solar & Sprout, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Some products may be marked final sale (refer to product page).

How to Start a Return

Email hello@solarandsprout.com with your order number and reason for return or simply respond with your order confirmation. We’ll send you a pre-paid return label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
